2. Have one or more anime art in your dev account (I will be checking)
3. Send me a note (NOT the comment area) with the title JOIN and wait for me to accept you.
4. Once you are accepted into the club, you will have to place our icon (:iconJapanimation-club in your journal or the link to the club (:devJapanimation-club on your signature (whichever works ne? ^_~ )
5. (This is optional [and preferred P:] ) You could (devwatch) us for any updates in drawing contest or any updates.
6. We give the username and password to members so they may upload thier artwork without having to wait on us to get off our lazy butts and upload it! XD BUT, please remember: Only ONE artwork PER month PER member. D: okies?
